Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BoonRadar, a service operated by Boonwerks Inc. By accessing BoonRadar you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
BoonRadar is designed for legitimate merchants evaluating transaction risk. You must be 18 or older, represent a business or sole proprietorship, and have direct knowledge of the incidents you report. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
Account types
Contributors
Merchants who submit verified incidents. Contributors receive reciprocal access to search results, alerts, and exports.
View-only members
Organizations approved to monitor the dataset without submitting reports. Access is limited to high-level metadata.
Flagged parties
Individuals or businesses referenced in reports. They receive notice and can appeal, request corrections, or seek removal.
User obligations
- Provide accurate, evidence-backed information and promptly correct inaccuracies.
- Use BoonRadar data solely to assess payment fraud or abuse risk for your own business.
- Do not resell, publish, or share raw evidence outside your organization.
- Protect any non-public information obtained through BoonRadar with reasonable security controls.
- Respect applicable privacy, data protection, and consumer protection laws.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse BoonRadar, including by:
- Submitting reports based on hearsay, speculation, or without documentary support;
- Uploading malware or attempting to compromise BoonRadar systems;
- Using BoonRadar to make adverse decisions unrelated to transaction risk (e.g., employment, housing, credit);
- Interfering with another user’s ability to access or use the service.
Not a credit bureau
BoonRadar is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”). Data provided through BoonRadar may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.
Intellectual property
BoonRadar, including the compiled dataset, branding, and software, is owned by Boonwerks Inc. Contributors grant Boonwerks a non-exclusive license to use submitted content for operating and improving the service. You retain ownership of your original materials.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, submit fraudulent data, or threaten the integrity of the network. Upon termination you must cease using BoonRadar data and delete any non-public materials obtained through the service.
Disclaimers
BoonRadar provides information “as is.” We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of data contributed by third parties. You are responsible for your own due diligence and decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boonwerks Inc. is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boonwerks Inc., its directors, officers, and employees from claims arising out of your use of BoonRadar, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use of BoonRadar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
